Calm, solution oriented and helpful at every step! We eventually were able to sell her home for the price we’d hoped and she navigated every step of the process for us until closing was complete.     Nope! but has everything to do with you lie! Has nothing to do with flags. The city told you it’s freedom of speech. What makes you say that bc your friend said to do the same thing to that person/company? Rules for thee but not for me! Has everything to do with free speech that you want to take away. Called the office and she is very rude and if you don’t agree with her positions she will be quick to let you know! By far the worst experience with a realtor I’ve had since moving here. Highly NOT recommended! Also contacted the (AREC) realtor board to report for knowing lying and making false claims to harm the other home owner.

    Working with Stephanie was the best possible experience we could have ever expected. Last Thursday, we landed in XNA with a goal to find a house, make an offer, and get it accepted before our trip back 7 days later. Stephanie picked us up from the airport, and we began our search Thursday afternoon. We saw about 5 homes that afternoon, and continued our search Friday morning. Around 11 AM, we saw the house that had just entered the market a few hours early. It checked all our boxes and immediately went to work on an offer we thought could be accepted immediately. Within an hour of sending out the offer, the seller accepted. Now that the goal for the trip had been competed, we decided to push for a close, 5 days later on Wednesday June 8. Well today is June 8th, and we are officially homeowners in Bentonville Arkansas. All thanks to Stephanie Funk. Couldn’t be more grateful for her hustle and patience with us.
